Data fields at signature & approval, hardened external signing
- Assign custom fields to individual signers — drag them onto the PDF and the values are stamped into the signed document, DocuSign-style
- Approval stages can require approvers to fill in fields (a cost center, a PO number) before approving
- Per-assignment required toggles: decide per signer, approver, or information request who must provide what
- Signer email verification with one-time codes, a formal ESIGN consent disclosure, and explicit intent-to-sign capture
- Automated signing reminders on a configurable cadence, and an evidence trail that now includes email verification, document views, and signer-provided data
