Why doesn’t Sign have a free trial?

Every e-signature we send carries a real per-document cost, so the Sign plan starts with secure Stripe checkout and is billed from day one. Want to evaluate first? Start on a Track or Approve trial and upgrade to Sign from Settings → Billing whenever you’re ready.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade any time from Settings. Changes are prorated by Stripe automatically.

What counts as a user?

Anyone with a login in your organization. External approvers and signers who act via secure email links are always free.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your data stays put. You’ll be prompted to pick a plan to keep sending reminders and running workflows.
